1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and Betlike ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://betlike.click and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

Betlike operates as an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, live casino games, slots, lottery, and related gaming products. The Platform is designed and operated specifically to serve users in the Malaysian market, with all transactions conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and deposit/withdrawal methods that reflect the local financial infrastructure, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX.

By creating an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on Betlike, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Betlike strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual obligations under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee of Betlike or any of its associated entities.
• You must not have previously had an account terminated by Betlike for any violation of these Terms.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling through Betlike's self-exclusion programme or any applicable third-party exclusion scheme.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Betlike Platform. Registering duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all balances across all accounts and permanent suspension.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and at all times thereafter. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name as per your government-issued identification, date of birth, current residential address, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

4.3 Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. Betlike strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security. Any activity conducted through your account credentials is deemed to be authorised by you. 4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal request, Betlike will conduct a KYC verification process. You will be required to submit copies of acceptable identity documents, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months), and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Betlike reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

5 Terms of Use

By using the Betlike Platform, you agree to the following general conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal, recreational entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or organised gambling scheme.
• You will not attempt to exploit errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such conduct will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of relevant winnings.
• You acknowledge that all gambling activities carry inherent financial risk and that Betlike does not guarantee any financial return on bets placed.
• You accept full personal responsibility for all bets and wagers placed through your account and for all financial consequences thereof.
• You agree to comply with any reasonable requests from Betlike's support or compliance team, including requests for documentation, account activity explanations, or gameplay clarifications.
• You agree not to use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, access game outcomes, or manipulate betting markets.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Betlike accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Betlike does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have previously been used to deposit funds into the account, or to a verified bank account held in the User's registered name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account tier and will be communicated through the account dashboard.
• All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification prior to first withdrawal and periodically thereafter.
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable rollover requirement has been fully completed.
• Betlike reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspicious activity, incomplete KYC, or potential breach of these Terms.

6.3 Processing Times

E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank are generally settled within the same business day. DuitNow transfers are processed instantly upon approval. Processing times may be extended during public holidays in Malaysia or during periods of unusually high withdrawal volumes.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by Betlike are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Rollover Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before withdrawal. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Default rollover is X10 unless otherwise specified.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While bonus funds are active in your account, you may not place a single bet exceeding RM300 (or the amount specified in the individual promotion terms). Exceeding this limit may result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to rollover completion. Slot games generally contribute 100%. Table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Uncompleted rollover requirements will cause bonus funds to expire and be removed from the account. Standard expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days as specified per promotion.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one bonus may be claimed per individual, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts constitutes Prohibited Conduct.
• Betlike's Right to Amend: Betlike reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets are accepted at Betlike's discretion. Betlike reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time, including but not limited to cases where a technical error affects the display of odds, where a market has been suspended, or where the bet would result in unusual or disproportionate liability to the Platform.

8.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. Where odds change between a User's selection and the confirmation of the bet, the system will display the revised odds and the User will be given the opportunity to confirm or cancel the bet. Betlike is not responsible for any financial outcome arising from market movements after a bet is confirmed.

8.3 Voided Bets

A bet may be declared void by Betlike in circumstances including, but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned, manifest odds errors, technical faults in the betting system, or evidence of match manipulation or corruption. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake amount.

8.4 Live Betting

In-play bets on live sports events, including EPL matches, Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, and UFC bouts, are subject to the same general betting rules. Betlike may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets placed after an in-play event's outcome is determined (e.g., after a goal is scored or a fight concludes) but before the market is suspended will be voided and the stake refunded.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute Prohibited Conduct and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and permanent ban from the Platform:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform while self-excluded or while under the age of 21.
• Using automated tools, bots, or software to place bets, exploit promotions, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational use.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players, sharing account credentials, or engaging in any form of chip-dumping in casino games.
• Abusing, harassing, threatening, or using offensive language toward Betlike staff members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform's code, content, or odds data.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

Betlike reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a User's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months. An account is considered inactive when no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has been recorded during that period.

Where an account is closed due to inactivity, Betlike will make reasonable efforts to notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy fees. Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. 11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Betlike Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game assets, odds data, software, and trade marks — is the exclusive property of Betlike or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content. Any unauthorised use of Betlike's intellectual property will result in account termination and may attract legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Betlike shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss arising from gambling activities conducted on the Platform, including losses from bets placed in error.
• Interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform due to circumstances beyond Betlike's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, server outages, natural disasters, or cyber-attacks.
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Third-party actions, including payment processor delays or failures, that affect the timing of deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Betlike's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

13 Responsible Gambling

Betlike is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to assist members in maintaining control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via the account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may enable alerts that notify them after a set period of continuous play (30, 60, or 90 minutes).

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
